1. Agreement to Train

By enrolling and training at JTSU Academy, you agree to follow all academy policies, safety protocols, and the guidance of our coaches and staff.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued training at JTSU Academy after any changes means you accept the revised terms.

We also reserve the right to refuse access to training or services to any individual for any reason, including disruptive behavior, rule violations, or failure to maintain payment status.

2. Code of Conduct

• Treat all training partners, coaches, and staff with respect
• Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated
• Maintain proper personal hygiene and wear clean training gear
• Arrive on time and follow instructions during classes

3. Access to Classes

• Students may attend all classes available for their assigned group (e.g., kids, adults, beginners)
• Class access requires an active membership
• Class sizes may be limited; advance booking may be required

4. Schedule Changes & Academy Absences

At times, JTSU coaches may be unavailable due to competitions, seminars, or other official duties. In such cases:
• Students will be informed in advance
• Alternative training options (e.g., judo classes) will be offered
• These replacement classes are included in your membership and are optional but recommended

5. Communication

• All official updates (schedule changes, closures, events) will be shared via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or social media
• It is your responsibility to check these channels and stay informed

6. Termination of Access

JTSU Academy may suspend or terminate training access for the following:
• Repeated rule violations or disruptive conduct
• Non-payment or expired membership
• Behavior that negatively affects the training environment

Note: No refunds are issued for unused training time after termination unless specifically approved by management.
