πŸ“„ JTSU ACADEMY – TERMS OF PAYMENT

1. Available Plans

We offer the following prepaid membership packages:

  • 1-month
  • 3-month
  • 6-month

Each package grants access to all classes available for your assigned training group (e.g., kids, adults, beginners) during the selected period.

2. Payment Policy

  • All plans must be paid in full upfront before the start of training.
  • Membership becomes active from the date of payment.
  • Plans do not auto-renew β€” continued training requires a new payment after the plan ends.

3. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable, regardless of plan duration.
  • Refunds are only considered in rare and serious cases, such as:
    • Long-term medical issues (with official documentation)
    • Force Majeure events (e.g., emergencies or accidents)
  • All such cases must be discussed with and approved by JTSU Academy staff.

4. Freeze & Pause Policy

  • No freezing or pause available.

πŸ”Ή 3-Month & 6-Month Plans

  • Can be frozen for medical reasons only. A doctor’s note must be provided.
  • Freeze request must be submitted in advance (retroactive freezes not allowed).
  • A one-time short freeze (up to 1 week per year) may be granted, only if at least 2 weeks remain on the current membership.

5. Missed Classes

  • Missed classes due to travel, holidays, exams, or personal schedule do not qualify for refunds or extensions.
  • If JTSU coaches are unavailable due to competitions or official duties:
    • Students will be notified in advance
    • Alternative classes (e.g., Judo) will be offered as substitutes
    • These are included in your membership
